  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and accept service of process from the original complaining party (or their agent).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, where appropriate and at our discretion.

5. Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading infringement claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Please ensure your submission is accurate and complete.
